Twenty year old Melbourne based creative designer/director, illustrator, film/audio maker.
I have been working in film and video in various capacities for many years. I completed a degree in Multimedia in Cork IT (in which I produced a documentary and video installation) and an MA in Film Studies.
After finishing college, I purchased a video camera and set out to make my own projects. Since then I have set up a complete production suite which includes: A Canon EOS 550D camera, a HD Sony camera, Rode shotgun microphone, Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Encore. I can oversee the production of an entire project, from filming to the completed DVD / online video. I am also a part-time musician with extensive experience in music recording and production.
I have been involved in a number of video projects; most notably, a full-length feature film, “Steamin + Dreamin: The Grandmaster Cash Story”, (which I directed, co-wrote, shot, edited and composed music for) which had two sold-out screenings at last year’s Cork Film Festival. I also authored a complete DVD of the film with over four hours of special features, including commentaries and deleted scenes. The film has received very positive reviews, both on television (TG4’s ‘Imeall’) and in print (Evening Echo, Hot Press etc).
